These properties present information about projects and investment opportunities offered by BeHuman Capital LLC (Delaware, USA) and affiliated SPVs. None of this content constitutes a public offer to sell securities. Investment opportunities are available only to verified accredited investors (US Reg D 506c) or qualified non-US investors (Reg S) who have completed KYC + accreditation through our platform.

You may not reproduce, redistribute, or commercially exploit material from this site without written consent. Ardana, the Ardana logo, and associated wordmarks are trademarks of Ardana Capital. Patented technology referenced on these properties (including PAGS plasma gasification) is owned by Ardana Capital and/or licensed to it.

We collect the minimum personal data required to operate the platform: name, email, jurisdiction, and accreditation documentation (held by Sumsub, our KYC partner — not on Ardana servers). Wallet addresses are public on Polygon; SPV token balances are visible to KYC-whitelisted parties on the same chain.

We do not sell personal data. We share data only with regulated counterparties (counsel, custodian, KYC provider, auditors) as necessary to operate the funds. EU/UK visitors: we act as Data Controller under GDPR; data-subject requests via privacy@behuman.capital.

Analytics: we use privacy-first tooling (Plausible / Vercel Analytics) on marketing pages. We do not run analytics on the authenticated investor portal. No third-party tracking pixels.

Investments in any Ardana SPV are speculative and illiquid. You may lose your entire investment. Past performance of related projects (R&D installations, pilot facilities) does not predict future performance of commercial-scale deployments.

Mineral, hydrogen, and waste-processing projects are subject to regulatory, geopolitical, commodity-price, technology, operational, and execution risks. SPV token holders have economic rights to distributions only — no voting or management rights over the operating enterprise.

Carbon credits (ERC-1155 tokens) minted by Ardana represent verified offset claims under specific methodologies (Verra / Gold Standard pending). The market value of credits is volatile and registry listings are subject to verification body approval.
